Questions families ask.
Who is Baby Whisperer Consulting for?
Bay Area families who are expecting, home with a new baby, or looking for childcare and household help. Many of my families are hiring for the first time.
What kind of nannies do you refer?
Career nannies. That means many years of paid experience and, where possible, extra education in child care and development.
Do you only refer nannies?
No. I also refer family assistants, house managers, family chefs, and child chauffeurs.
I’ve never hired a nanny. Can you help?
Absolutely. Hiring a nanny for the first time can feel overwhelming, and it’s one of the areas where my experience can help most. I’ve guided parents through this process before, and with over 15 years of experience as a career nanny, I know what to look for beyond a résumé. I’ll help you understand what questions to ask, what qualities to look for, and how to feel more confident in your decision.
How do you choose the nannies you refer?
I look for experience and training first. I know the work from the inside, so I can tell the difference between someone who is good at interviews and someone who is good with children. I meet candidates myself before I introduce them.
Can you help with a newborn, not only childcare?
Yes. Newborn Care and Parenting Consulting are there for the first weeks and the first year.
What happens during the consultation?
We start with a conversation about your family, your baby, and what you need most. From there, we’ll talk through your options and determine together what type of support feels right for your family.
How much does it cost?
Every family’s needs are different, so pricing is shared during your consultation.
Where do you work?
With families across the Bay Area.
